General Superintendent – Data Center Construction

We're working with a leading General Contractor that is expanding its mission critical team and is looking to hire an experienced General Superintendent to lead one of its major ground-up data center projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of hyperscale data center projects and play a key leadership role in delivering complex, fast-paced construction projects.

The Role

As the General Superintendent, you'll take overall responsibility for site operations, leading multiple Superintendents and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

You'll work closely with Project Management, trade partners, owners, and client representatives while driving performance across all areas of construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multiple Superintendents across the project.
• Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish.
• Drive project schedules and coordinate subcontractors.
• Maintain a strong safety-first culture.
• Ensure quality, productivity, and programme milestones are achieved.
• Work collaboratively with project leadership and the client.
• Resolve site challenges quickly while maintaining project momentum.

Requirements

• Proven General Superintendent experience on ground-up data center construction projects is essential.
• Experience leading large site teams and multiple Superintendents.
• Strong knowledge of mission critical construction.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Michigan City.
