EpicCare Ambulatory and EpicCare Link Analyst

• This role will be full-time support and there will be no project work involved. Requires excellent customer service and listening skills. This role is remote and they must have a good working computer with no issues of staying connected and online.
• Certified in EpicCare Ambulatory
• Certified in EpicCare Link (ECL)

Responsibilities:

• EpicCare Link support
• Manages and supports EpicCare Link, a secure web portal that lets external community physicians, referring providers, and outside clinics view patient records, place orders, and coordinate care with a host hospital's main Epic electronic health record system.
• ECL new entity enrollments
• ECL new user setup and intake
• ECL terminations
• ECL maintenance of customer records following HR and security procedures
• Submitting ECL security requests
• Submitting ECL requests for education
• ECL enhancements/optimizations
• Ambulatory clinical support tickets (triage, analysis, resolution)
• Resolve help-desk tickets and fix technical issues reported by end users for ambulatory outpatient clinical users.
