- Client is seeking an experienced Epic Tapestry Application Analyst to provide support for an upcoming leave of absence. The ideal candidate will possess strong Epic Tapestry configuration expertise, with hands-on experience supporting AP Claims, CRM, and Utilization Management (UM) workflows.
- This is a fully remote opportunity, and the hiring team is looking to move quickly.
- Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Tapestry applications to support business and operational needs.
- Provide functional and technical support for Accounts Payable (AP) Claims, CRM, and Utilization Management (UM) workflows.
- Analyze existing workflows and business processes to identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimization.
- Participate in application design, build, testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance activities.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and quality assurance efforts.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, end users, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Deliver user support, training, and guidance related to Tapestry functionality and system enhancements.
- Document system configurations, workflows, and support processes.
- Required Qualifications
- Epic Tapestry Certification required.
- Minimum 6 years of Epic Tapestry configuration experience.
- Experience supporting AP Claims, CRM, and/or Utilization Management (UM) functions.
- Demonstrated expertise in workflow analysis, business process design, and system configuration.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience within a healthcare organization.
- Required Skills
- Broad knowledge of application lifecycle activities, including design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance, and end-user support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research, organize, and synthesize information to support decision-making.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify underlying business needs that influence system configuration decisions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations while escalating issues appropriately.
- Preferred Experience
- Prior experience supporting Epic Tapestry claims and revenue cycle workflows.
- Experience working within large academic medical centers or complex healthcare environments.
- Previous involvement in Epic upgrades, optimization initiatives, or large-scale implementations.
