- Position Summary
- This role’s primary responsibility will include the continued transformation and optimization of the Medical Transportation platform of technologies. Medical Transportation covers all HCA-owned EMS programs and is currently standardizing all technologies across the enterprise for these programs. We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Product Analyst / Implementation Specialist to assist the successful deployment of new products and solutions for our clients. This role is responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing product implementations at customer locations, ensuring a seamless transition from project kickoff through go-live and post-implementation support. The ideal candidate is comfortable traveling frequently, assisting in multiple implementation projects, training end users, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new product deployments at customer sites.
- Travel to client locations to conduct implementation activities, system setup, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during the implementation process.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and implementation documentation.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure project success.
- Conduct onsite and virtual training sessions for customers and end users.
- Gather customer requirements and configure solutions to meet business needs.
- Perform system validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution.
- Monitor implementation milestones and proactively identify project risks.
- Provide post-go-live support and ensure successful adoption of the product.
- Document implementation processes, best practices, and customer feedback.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance implementation efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Previous Product Analyst experience/exposure a plus
- Local to Nashville, TN for a hybrid work schedule
- 1+ year(s) of experience in Hospital or Healthcare setting preferred OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Job may require travel from time to time but not on a consistent basis; 1-2 times a month expenses paid
