• Hybrid-3 days a week onsite in Newtown Square PA
• Final round onsite interview

***must have worked a project moving from one ERP to another. Not just upgrades.

• Our Greater Philadelphia area client is seeking an ERP Business Analyst to support an upcoming ERP migration in the Healthcare Payer space. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high‑impact, multi‑year ERP transformation—working alongside top vendors and stakeholders to drive enterprise change from requirements through successful adoption.
• Required Skills
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting ERP initiatives with strong emphasis on data architecture and data flows
• Experience working with enterprise data lakes, reporting platforms, or analytics environments
• Hands‑on involvement in a recent, full‑suite ERP implementation
• Experience with modern ERP platforms such as Workday or Oracle Fusion
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into clear data and functional specifications
• Bonus Skills
• Background supporting ERP data migrations in highly regulated industries
