• Java backend-heavy full stack experience; manager prefers Java backend heavy over balanced full stack.
• Java / Spring Boot background.
• Ability to work on large-scale data analysis, not narrow or small-scope datasets.
• Experience organizing and analyzing complex, layered data across multiple systems.
• Strong data architecture / information architecture mindset.
• Experience with data modeling.
• Ability to create or support data contracts.
• Ability to hit the ground running with limited ramp-up.
• Nice-to-have skills
• Infrastructure background is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with legacy platforms or technical debt cleanup.
• Experience with MDM, information science, or enterprise data organization.
• Prior work untangling large, old, complex data environments.

• Bachelor's degree in related field
