Electronic Data Interchange Analyst
Experience required in: Customer Service, Call Center, Technical Helpdesk, and Troubleshooting
Provide frontline technical support for system access, login, password, portal, and connectivity issues, while directing users to self-service resources when appropriate.
Troubleshoot electronic transaction and application issues, identify root causes, document resolutions, and escalate complex problems to appropriate technical teams.
Support users with electronic claims, eligibility, claim status, authorization, and payment/remittance processes.
Research application failures and production issues using system reports and dashboards; assess severity, identify trends, and communicate findings to management and IT.
Train users on web portal functionality, system navigation, and access/security procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation of service requests, troubleshooting steps, issue status, and resolutions.
Assist with user support materials and process improvements while ensuring compliance with applicable security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Hiring Requirements
Experience providing ongoing frontline help desk telephone support to an EDI batch/real-time trading partner and secure web portal user community
Experience monitoring multiple EDI Production systems using available reports and dashboards to review compliance, error rates etc
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Technical Helpdesk, and Troubleshooting
In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field.
