  • Lead mission-critical data center builds where uptime isn't negotiable and every electrical system you design powers the backbone of modern digital infrastructure.
  • Must-Haves
  • MUST currently work for an electrical contractor.
  • 3+ years of Electrical Construction Project Management experience
  • 1+ years building large-scale, complex IT/Telecommunications Infrastructure projects, including Data Centers installations
  • Hands-on experience with Data Center electrical distribution systems, cabling, and white space fit-out
  • Experience with retrofits in operational facilities and cross-discipline critical facility systems
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Mission Critical Project experience in live, operational environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent combination of certifications and experience (journeyman/master electrician's license)
  • PMP or PMI-SP certification
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Coins, and ConEst
  • What You'll Do
  • You'll own data center electrical projects from estimate to energization, working directly with clients to deliver complex builds on time and on budget.
  • Project Leadership: Generate estimates, establish timelines and budgets, supervise execution across design, procurement, and installation phases.
  • Client & Vendor Collaboration: Build strong relationships with customers to clarify expectations and work directly with vendors to ensure timely delivery of critical materials.
  • Site Management: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure safety compliance across all phases of construction.
  • Financial Oversight: Lead billing and collections, forecast financial direction, and course-correct to keep projects profitable.
  • Team Development: Mentor project team members and collaborate with leadership on labor and material planning.
