Director – Sales & Customer Success (Analytics / AI Services)

• Location: Remote – USA (Candidates must currently reside in the USA and be open to travel within the US)

We are hiring a senior sales leader with a strong background in Analytics, AI/ML, Data Engineering, and consulting services sales. This role is ideal for candidates who have successfully driven new business development, acquired new logos, and built executive-level client relationships within the technology consulting/services industry.

• Key Responsibilities
• Drive new business acquisition and expand strategic client relationships across the US market
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles for Analytics, AI/ML, Data Science, BI, and Data Engineering service offerings
• Develop and execute GTM strategies in collaboration with leadership teams
• Build partnerships and alliances to support revenue growth initiatives
• Manage customer success and long-term account growth
• Travel across the US for client meetings, business development, and relationship management

• Required Qualifications
• 10–16 years of experience in technology consulting/services sales
• Strong experience selling Analytics, AI/ML, Data Science, Cloud, or Data Engineering solutions/services
• Proven track record in:
• New business development
• New logo acquisition
• Enterprise sales and strategic account management
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and CXO-level decision makers
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience with partner/co-selling ecosystems such as Microsoft, Databricks, etc. is preferred

• Preferred Background
• Consulting or IT Services industry experience highly preferred
• Technical sales exposure in BI, AI/ML, GenAI, or Cloud technologies
• Relevant certifications in AI, GenAI, Cloud, or Analytics are a plus
