A hypergrowth consumer technology company is hiring a Director of Supply Chain Planning Science & Platform to lead a greenfield initiative at the intersection of forecasting, operations research, AI, and platform engineering. As the business continues to scale globally, they have made a strategic decision to build their own proprietary forecasting and planning platform from the ground up.

This role sits at the center of that effort. You'll own the science and platform roadmap, leading forecasting, optimization, and engineering initiatives that drive inventory planning, vendor strategy, transportation decisions, and supply chain performance at global scale. You'll partner closely with planning, product, engineering, and business leaders to turn complex operational challenges into measurable business outcomes.

Beyond the technical scope, this is an opportunity to build a 0-to-1 capability that will become foundational to the company's future growth. You'll shape the organization's approach to forecasting, operations research, AI-native experimentation, and decision-making while leading a small, high-impact team.
