Roles and Responsibilities
Lead market planning and analytics to support new restaurant growth and expansion.
Develop market strategies using GIS, demographic, competitive, and financial analysis.
Evaluate new site opportunities, development agreements, and asset optimization.
Conduct risk assessments, scenario planning, and business case analysis.
Partner with Franchise Development, Real Estate, Finance, and Analytics teams.
Lead and mentor a team of Senior Analysts.
Modernize GIS tools and improve market planning capabilities.
Deliver data-driven recommendations on market expansion, site prioritization, and store opening strategy.
Leverage AI and analytics tools to enhance business insights and decision-making.

What You'll Need
Bachelor’s degree in a business (finance, strategy, economics), industrial engineering, statistics, or similar field required; advanced degree such as an MBA or Master’s in Analytics/Business preferred.
Proficient with advanced excel, SQL, BI tools, ML concepts
8-10 years of experience in finance, consulting, or business intelligence
5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams
Experience driving AI adoption and leveraging advanced analytics/AI tools to enhance decision-making and business outcomes
