About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Data Solutions Architect to join a newly established Enterprise Data Architecture team responsible for shaping the future of data, analytics, and AI across the organization.

This is a highly visible role operating within an internal consulting model, partnering directly with business and technology leaders to design and deliver enterprise-scale data solutions. You'll help guide data strategy, architect modern platforms, and drive analytics initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, sales, and customer operations.

What We're Looking For

Key Responsibilities
Design enterprise data architectures, roadmaps, and solution blueprints.
Build scalable data models supporting analytics, BI, AI, and reporting initiatives.
Architect end-to-end data solutions including ingestion, integration, transformation, storage, and consumption layers.
Partner directly with business stakeholders to solve complex data challenges.
Lead integration efforts across ERP platforms including SAP and other enterprise systems.
Establish best practices around governance, security, metadata, and data quality.
Serve as a trusted advisor to teams across the organization.

Required Experience
10+ years of Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or Analytics experience.
Expert-level Data Modeling experience.
Proven experience designing complex enterprise data solutions.
Strong hands-on experience with:
SQL
Python
Spark
ETL/ELT Architecture
Enterprise Data Platforms
Experience working directly with stakeholders in a consulting, architecture, or advisory capacity.

Preferred Experience
Manufacturing or supply chain environment.
SAP, SAP S/4HANA, IFS, or other ERP platforms.
Azure-based data solutions.
Data governance, MDM, and analytics architecture.
AI, Machine Learning, and advanced analytics initiatives.

Microsoft Fabric – Major Plus
Candidates with experience designing and implementing solutions within Microsoft Fabric are highly preferred. Experience with Fabric Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, OneLake, Semantic Models, or modern cloud data platforms such as Azure Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake, or Redshift is strongly desired.
