2. About the Opportunity:

The Data Scientist role is responsible for developing and implementing analytic models and applications that transform complex data into actionable insights. This position contributes by creating data solutions and predictive models that inform healthcare metrics and future outcomes, supporting decision-making across various internal teams and customer engagement initiatives.

3. Responsibilities:

• • Design and develop data solutions using industry tools and best practices
• • Profile and ingest data from multiple healthcare-related sources
• • Develop advanced algorithms and statistical predictive models
• • Utilize data mining, modeling, natural language processing, and machine learning
• • Extract and manipulate large data sets to deliver predictive insights
• • Use programming languages and visualization software to analyze data
• • Create reports and compare models using statistical metrics
• • Support deployment of insights across multiple channels using analytical methods

4. Requirements:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, or related field
• • Five years of progressive experience in data analysis within healthcare, business, or retail sectors
• • Experience designing data models and solutions for analytics and reporting
• • Proficiency in application coding and production deployment
• • Experience developing backend services and collaborating in software development
• • Knowledge of relational database concepts
• • Experience with ETL processes
• • Domain experience in healthcare or retail
• • Proficiency in SAS or SQL programming
• • Experience with visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
• • Familiarity with traditional database technologies like Oracle, Teradata, or DB2
• • Knowledge of Agile methodologies or SAFe software development principles
• • Experience in software testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• • $141565.00/year to $185400.00/year
• • Eligible for bonus, commission, or short-term incentive programs
• • Includes an equity award program target
