Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Data Scientist to work on a Contractor basis. This role involves applying statistical and domain expertise to train next-generation AI systems by providing high-quality, real-world input that shapes how models learn, reason, and perform. The work spans diverse domains such as finance, healthcare, and engineering, where your contributions directly improve the reliability and performance of frontier AI models. Key Responsibilities:

  • • Collect, clean, and preprocess diverse datasets to ensure data integrity and readiness for analysis, supporting robust model training and evaluation.
  • • Develop, validate, and implement statistical models to extract actionable insights from complex datasets, ensuring accuracy and relevance to domain-specific challenges.
  • • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement, with a focus on actionable outcomes.
  • • Present findings and recommendations through clear, compelling data visualizations and reports tailored for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute end-to-end data projects, from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • • Proficiency in statistics and mathematics, with the ability to apply quantitative methods to solve real-world problems and support AI model training.
  • • Strong skills in data handling, including collection, cleaning, and preprocessing, to prepare datasets for analysis and model development.
  • • Experience in data analysis and modeling, including the ability to develop and validate statistical models that generate meaningful insights.
  • • Expertise in data visualization, with the ability to create clear, impactful visual representations of complex data for diverse audiences.
  • • Programming skills in relevant languages (e.g., Python, R) to support data analysis, modeling, and automation tasks.
