Job Description

You will lead the development of the machine learning backbone for an advanced platform. You’ll architect NLP models and search algorithms to help brands optimize their presence in the next generation of discovery engines. This is a hands-on role building production-grade LLM applications, retrieval systems, and ranking models at scale.

What You Will Do

• Architect and deploy production-grade NLP and search systems that analyze and optimize content for AI-driven discovery engines.
• Build and scale advanced LLM-based applications including RAG systems, autonomous agents, and fine-tuning pipelines at production scale.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to identify ML opportunities and own the infrastructure from experimentation to serving.

The ideal candidate

• 5+ years of experience building and scaling production ML systems with a focus on NLP, search, or recommendation engines.
• Hands-on expertise with LLMs, prompt engineering, and modern ML infrastructure for monitoring, serving, and experiment tracking.
• Proven ability to drive technical strategy and influence engineering practices through high-quality code and architectural leadership.
