Role Description
This role is for a Data Scientist responsible for analyzing data, building models, and generating insights that support business decision-making. In this position, you will work with structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, develop predictive models, and provide actionable recommendations.
As a Data Scientist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions. You will assist in data collection, cleaning, and preparation, as well as model development and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Clean, process, and prepare data for analysis and modeling
Develop and evaluate statistical or machine learning models
Support data-driven decision-making with clear insights
Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations
Collaborate with teams to understand business needs
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA)
Document methodologies, models, and findings
Improve data quality and analytical processes
Stay updated on data science tools and best practices
Qualifications
Basic to intermediate understanding of data science concepts
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R
Understanding of statistics, data analysis, or machine learning basics
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with datasets and interpret results
Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus
Attention to detail and structured working approach
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and in teams
Educational background in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
