- Role Description
- This role is for a Data Scientist responsible for analyzing data, building models, and generating insights that support business decision-making. In this position, you will work with structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, develop predictive models, and provide actionable recommendations.
- As a Data Scientist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions. You will assist in data collection, cleaning, and preparation, as well as model development and evaluation.
- Key responsibilities include exploring datasets, performing statistical analysis, and building machine learning models to solve business problems. You will also support the communication of findings through reports, dashboards, and visualizations to ensure insights are clearly understood by stakeholders.
- The role requires analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving. This position focuses on practical data applications rather than purely academic or research-driven work.
- The Data Scientist plays an important role in enabling data-driven strategies, improving operational efficiency, and supporting informed decision-making across the organization.
- Key Responsibilities
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Clean, process, and prepare data for analysis and modeling
- Develop and evaluate statistical or machine learning models
- Support data-driven decision-making with clear insights
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations
- Collaborate with teams to understand business needs
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA)
- Document methodologies, models, and findings
- Improve data quality and analytical processes
- Stay updated on data science tools and best practices
- Qualifications
- Basic to intermediate understanding of data science concepts
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R
- Understanding of statistics, data analysis, or machine learning basics
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with datasets and interpret results
- Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus
- Attention to detail and structured working approach
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Educational background in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
