Role Description The Owner role at Aeon & Trisl Real Estate – Pakistan is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. The owner is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the business, defining growth objectives, and overseeing the implementation of key initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing overall operations, supervising senior team members, and ensuring high standards of service quality and client satisfaction. The role involves monitoring market trends, guiding marketing and sales strategies, and building partnerships with developers, investors, and other stakeholders. The owner also leads financial planning, budgeting, and performance review processes, while cultivating a collaborative and ethical workplace culture.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding teams and developing talent.
Proven background in real estate, property development, or related fields, preferably within the Lahore or broader Pakistan market.
Strategic planning and business development abilities, including setting goals, evaluating opportunities, and driving growth.
Financial management skills, such as budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing business performance metrics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
Ability to make data-informed decisions, adapt to changing market conditions, and implement process improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
