Job Description

• Experience as an Application Project Manager / Scrum Master, leading multiple Scrum teams supporting business transformation initiatives.
• Experience in Business Intelligence, Data Science, and Data Engineering, collaborating with diverse business and product teams.
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, facilitating ceremonies such as:
• Backlog grooming
• Epic and user story creation
• Daily stand-ups
• Estimation and velocity tracking
• Resolving impediments
• Sprint retrospectives
• Coaching team members
• Using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and metrics reporting
• Strong communicator with effective presentation skills:
• Delivering formal presentations
• Facilitating demos to various management levels
• Articulating project/sprint status, risk mitigation, business benefits, and financial outcomes
• Familiar with DevOps implementation, focusing on:
• Continuous Integration (CI)
• Continuous Deployment (CD)
• Automation and pipeline development
• Emphasis on quality and faster time-to-market
• Self-motivated and independent critical thinker:
• Able to guide teams through conflicts
• Maintains focus on business goals and priorities
• Strong experience with Agile frameworks:
• SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
• Kanban
• Scrum of Scrums

• Release Train management
