Life Insurance Processing Specialist-Candidate MUST have Life Insurance Industry Experience

• Position Summary
• Seeking a detail-oriented professional with life insurance processing experience to handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Experience processing policy surrenders, cost basis calculations, and withdrawals is highly desirable.

• Key Responsibilities
• Process life insurance transactions, including surrenders, withdrawals, and cost basis calculations.
• Review financial documents and policy information for accuracy and discrepancies.
• Perform high-volume data entry while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Navigate multiple computer systems to enter, verify, and update information.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet processing deadlines.
• Follow established procedures and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Provide excellent customer service through clear and professional written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Previous life insurance processing experience required.
• Experience with policy surrenders, cost basis, and/or withdrawals strongly preferred.
• Strong data entry, numerical accuracy, and computer navigation skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to process a high volume of transactions accurately.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Senior-level opportunities may be available for candidates with the appropriate experience.

• Schedule & Work Environment
• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Remote work, with shifts arranged between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
