  • Title: Senior Privacy & Compliance Manager
  • Location: Remote
  • Salary: $120,000 to $140,000 +Bonus
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day privacy and compliance operations across the business.
  • Manage consumer privacy requests, opt-outs, and data subject rights programs.
  • Oversee compliance with U.S. privacy regulations including CCPA/CPRA, state privacy laws, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and data broker requirements.
  • Drive data mapping, privacy impact assessments, vendor risk reviews, and incident response initiatives.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Security to embed privacy-by-design into AI-powered products and support responsible AI governance.
  • Build policies, training, reporting, and scalable compliance processes as the company continues to grow.
  • What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of privacy and compliance experience within ad tech, data brokerage, consumer data, or another data-intensive environment.
  • Expertise with U.S. privacy laws, consumer rights programs, and privacy risk assessments.
  • Experience with privacy management or GRC platforms such as OneTrust.
  • Privacy certification such as CIPP/US, CIPM, AIGP, or equivalent.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, project management, and communication skills.
