Key Requirements

• 10+ years in Data Platform Administration, Platform Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or Data Operations.
• Strong hands-on Databricks + Azure Data Platform administration in enterprise production environments.
• Must have strong experience with:
• Databricks
• ADLS
• Azure Synapse
• Azure SQL
• Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Azure DevOps
• Azure IAM / RBAC
• Azure Monitor / Log Analytics
• Strong platform architecture, provisioning, security, governance, performance, capacity, and cost optimization experience.
• Experience with production support, Incident/Problem/Change/Release Management and ServiceNow/ITSM.
• Strong P1/P2 incident management, RCA, executive communication, and operational leadership.
• Experience with CI/CD, IaC, deployment automation, and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of ITIL, CAB, SOX/compliance, security, and access governance.
• Experience with Unity Catalog / Databricks governance preferred.
• Supply Chain domain experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
