About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Data Analytics professional to support a large-scale cloud data migration initiative. The successful candidate will lead technical activities from design through deployment, migrate analytics workloads, optimize reporting solutions, and develop modern data visualization capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead technical aspects of data migration projects from planning to deployment.
Design, develop, and migrate data pipelines and analytics workloads to cloud platforms.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and business opportunities.
Build and optimize dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
Develop solutions using PySpark, SQL, and Databricks.
Read and interpret data schemas, metadata, and entity relationship diagrams.
Create and maintain technical documentation following SDLC methodologies.
Optimize query performance and improve reporting efficiency.
Collaborate with technical teams to implement scalable data solutions.
Support process improvements and automation initiatives.

Required Qualifications
8–10 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or related roles.
Strong experience working with MS Azure cloud environments.
Hands-on expertise with:
PySpark
SQL
Tableau
Power BI
Databricks
Unity Catalog
Azure Synapse
Experience analyzing large datasets and translating findings into actionable insights.
Ability to understand and document data models, schemas, metadata, and technical specifications.
Experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
