Role Description The Data Entry Analyst role at SWQ Jobs EG Bot is a part-time, remote position responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of job-related data. On a day-to-day basis, the Data Entry Analyst will collect, input, and update job postings and related information into internal systems and databases. The role includes reviewing and validating data for consistency, completeness, and correctness, as well as organizing and categorizing job listings for easy retrieval and reporting. The Data Entry Analyst will also perform basic data analysis to identify trends, gaps, or errors in the data and communicate findings to the team. Collaboration with other team members to improve data processes and documentation will be an ongoing part of the role.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to review, validate, and interpret job and market data.
Proficiency in data analytics and basic statistics to perform simple analyses, summaries, and quality checks.
Experience with data modeling concepts to structure, categorize, and maintain organized datasets.
Clear written and verbal communication skills to document findings, report issues, and collaborate with remote team members.
High attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
Comfort with using spreadsheets, online databases, and collaboration tools in a remote work environment.
Prior experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related role is preferred; familiarity with software quality or IT recruitment is a plus.
Relevant coursework or a degree in information systems, statistics, computer science, business, or a related field is beneficial.
