- Role Description The Data Entry Analyst role at Ollie Play & Learn is a part-time, remote position focused on maintaining accurate and organized data to support business and educational initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include entering and updating product, customer, and sales data in company databases, verifying data accuracy, and performing routine data quality checks. The role also involves generating basic reports, identifying patterns or inconsistencies in data, and collaborating with team members to clarify requirements or correct issues. The Data Entry Analyst will work closely with operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure that data is reliable, timely, and useful for decision-making.
- Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and familiarity with Data Analytics to interpret and validate data for business use.
- Knowledge of basic Statistics and Data Modeling to support simple analyses, reporting, and trend identification.
- Clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and data entry tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or similar platforms).
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills when handling large volumes of data.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a part-time, remote setting and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in data entry, analytics, or a related field is beneficial; interest in education, child development, or toys is a plus.
