You will run basic analyses, generate reports or dashboards, and highlight trends, anomalies, or data quality issues to stakeholders. The role includes documenting data processes, maintaining organized records, and collaborating with team members via online tools to clarify requirements and resolve discrepancies. You will also help improve data entry procedures and contribute ideas to enhance data accuracy and efficiency over time.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw clear, actionable conclusions.
Experience with data analytics and basic statistics to summarize datasets, validate results, and support reporting.
Understanding of data modeling concepts, including organizing data structures and maintaining data integrity.
Effective written and verbal communication skills to present findings clearly and collaborate with remote team members.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and record management.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools is a plus).
Ability to manage time effectively in a part-time, remote environment and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
