Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Data Entry Analyst at China Railway 20 Bureau Group Corporation Sucursal del Perú. The Data Entry Analyst will accurately collect, enter, and update project and operational data from multiple sources into company systems and spreadsheets. The role includes validating data for completeness and consistency, performing basic checks to identify discrepancies, and coordinating with internal teams to clarify missing or unclear information. The analyst will support routine reporting by organizing data, preparing simple summaries or dashboards, and assisting in the creation of standard data reports. The position also involves maintaining clear documentation of data entry procedures, following data security and confidentiality standards, and collaborating with colleagues in different time zones as needed.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data trends, identify irregularities, and support data-driven decision-making.
Foundational knowledge of Data Analytics and Statistics to assist with basic analyses, summaries, and performance indicators.
Experience with Data Modeling concepts to understand data structures, relationships, and organization within databases or spreadsheets.
Effective Communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, clarify data requirements, and present findings in clear language.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or BI tools is an advantage).
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage part-time hours responsibly, and meet established deadlines.
Relevant education in data science, statistics, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in infrastructure, engineering, or construction projects is a plus, especially in a multicultural or international context.
