About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Developer to join our dynamic team at SynergisticIT. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver innovative applications on time and within scope. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development, with proficiency in languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and version control systems like Git.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React or Angular is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications according to project requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality benchmarks.
• Maintain and update existing applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.
• Document technical specifications, user manuals, and other relevant project documentation.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
• Assist in mentoring junior team members and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
