Data Engineer

• Position: Data Engineer
• Compensation: up to $80 /hour, depending on experience
• Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
• Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Data Engineer to join their team!
• This is a strong opportunity to support a major data transformation initiative, helping move critical systems from on-premises SQL Server environments into AWS and Snowflake. You’ll work on impactful enterprise data projects, building efficient ETL solutions and supporting a modern data platform. If you enjoy solving complex data challenges and working with a collaborative technical team, this role offers excellent visibility and long-term project work.
• Key Responsibilities & Duties:
• Build and support ETL processes for enterprise data projects
• Ingest data from multiple source systems and file types
• Develop advanced SQL queries and database solutions
• Work with SSIS and Visual Studio on data-related tasks
• Use Git and Azure DevOps for source control and collaboration
• Maintain, review, and debug C# code as needed
• Support cloud data initiatives across AWS and Snowflake
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and analysis
• Required Qualifications & Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in data-focused development
• Strong background with on-premises SQL Server environments
• Advanced SQL skills, preferably SQL Server 2019
• Hands-on experience with SSIS
• Experience using Azure DevOps or Git
• Visual Studio experience with C# code
• Experience ingesting fixed-width, sub-record, CSV, Oracle, or Kafka data
• Experience using AI-powered tools, such as Microsoft Copilot
• 2+ years of AWS data engineering experience
• Experience with data ingestion in Amazon S3
• Snowflake experience
• Experience with data transformation and integration
• Fivetran experience
