About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Data Developer to design, develop, and maintain data systems and pipelines that support business operations and analytics. You will work closely with technical and business teams to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain data pipelines, databases, and ETL processes
Design and optimize data models for reporting and analytics
Integrate data from multiple sources into centralized systems
Monitor and troubleshoot data-related issues and performance problems
Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and stakeholders on data requirements
Ensure data quality, consistency, and security standards are maintained
Document data processes, workflows, and system configurations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field
Previous experience in data development, database management, or data engineering roles
Strong knowledge of SQL, databases, and data integration processes
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
Experience with ETL tools, cloud platforms, or big data technologies is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical tasks
Preferred Skills
Experience with data warehousing and reporting systems
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or data visualization tools
Understanding of data governance and security best practices
