Data Center Project Manager

Multiple U.S. Markets | $120K–$165K + Bonus | Relocation Available

• We are partnered with a nationally recognized GC to place a PM on their growing data center division. Projects range from $50M–$300M+ across hyperscale and colocation — ground-up, fast-track
• .Responsibilitie
• sFull project ownership — preconstruction through commissioning, budget, schedule, and client communications
• .MEP coordination across critical power (switchgear, generators, UPS) and cooling (chillers, CRAC/CRAH)
• .Schedule management in P6; commissioning coordination with owner's Cx agent
• .Requirement
• s8–15 years construction PM experience; 4–5+ years on data center or mission-critical projects
• .$50M+ project accountability with strong MEP knowledge (power, cooling, BMS)
• .Procore, P6, OSHA 30 required
