- Job Description
- We are seeking a Technical Data Center Project/Delivery Manager to lead and deliver high-impact projects within our client's IT infrastructure domain. This individual will play a key role in the design, execution, and oversight of mission-critical IT projects that drive business objectives. Key responsibilities include:
Project Management:
- -Plan, execute, and deliver IT infrastructure projects, including but not limited to data center operations, network/ systems upgrades, replacements and system integrations.
- -Develop project charters, timelines, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- -Manage project scope, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- -Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal IT (Systems, Network and Services), BMS, Security, Design and engineering, and operations, as well as external vendors and partners.
- -Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders to communicate progress, resolve issues, and manage expectations effectively.
Technical Oversight:
- -Work closely with technical teams, design consultants to ensure solutions are designed and implemented according to the global It infra standards.
- -Provide technical feedback on lessons learned, improvements on process and or IT designs.
- -Provide leadership in resolving technical challenges, balancing business needs with infrastructure capabilities.
Risk Management:
- -Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- -Develop contingency plans and ensure proper escalation of critical issues.
Documentation and Reporting:
- -Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, designs, and status reports.
- -Report progress and key metrics to senior management and stakeholders regularly.
