Data Center Fiber Technician

Description
This role involves approximately 75% nationwide travel and 25% work within the home market.
A specialized “Tiger Team” of Level 2 Data Center Technicians is being assembled to support a large-scale fiber upgrade initiative. This project focuses on replacing existing coaxial infrastructure with fiber across multiple data center locations.
The team will consist of experienced technicians who will be the first onsite at new locations, responsible for establishing processes, procedures, and best practices during the initial 6–8 weeks of each project. Once the groundwork is in place, the team will transition to the next location to repeat the process. During gaps between deployments, technicians will work in their local data centers within their home market.
This position requires skilled data center professionals who can contribute immediately and operate independently with minimal ramp-up time. Over time, additional entry-level cable technicians will be added to support long-term project completion.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
