Overview

• Driven is seeking a Data Center Engineer (post-sales) to support enterprise customer environments.
• This role requires strong hands-on experience across data center infrastructure, including compute, virtualization, storage, networking, and hybrid cloud environments.
• The engineer will be responsible for deploying, supporting, and optimizing complex infrastructure solutions in customer environments.

• Strong VMware administration experience
• Hands-on Dell EMC or Pure Storage experience

• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

• Dell EMC Data Domain
• HP BladeSystem environments
• Backup and disaster recovery technologies
• Experience in post-sales or customer-facing consulting roles
• Data center build, migration, and implementation experience

• Role Expectations
• Work directly with enterprise customers in post-sales environments
• Perform infrastructure deployments and migrations
• Support hybrid infrastructure (on-prem + cloud)
• Travel approximately 30–40% within New England
• Act as a technical SME across multiple infrastructure domains
