About the Role
Job Title:Data Center Energy Marshal
Location:Des Moines, 50317
Key Responsibilities
The Energy Marshal ensures vendors' and contractors' Energy Isolation Program compliance with safety policy requirements.
Utilize Energy Isolation SPS and Guidebook as the foundation of the program.
Establish and manage an Energy Isolation assurance process.
Participate in High Risk Activity planning meetings.
Ensure approval process for proposed Energy Isolation procedures.
Work with the Authorizing Energy Marshal to establish an Energy Isolation Permit process.
Verify qualifications, training, and PPE of personnel performing the work.
Act as a subject matter expert in Energy Isolation incident investigations.
Stop unsafe work practices related to Energy Isolation.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience in DC construction and commissioning standards.
Ability to communicate technical solutions to engineers and non-engineers.
Strong ability to interpret line drawings and system redundancies.
Familiarity with multiple sources of energy in datacenters.
Desired Qualifications
Proven ability to interact with teams and implement improvements.
Ability to audit site practices against written standards.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual [salary/hourly rate] for this position is between $180,000 - $200,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
