Data Center Construction Manager

• Location: Palmetto, GA
• Type: 3 year contract minimum, extensions or hire possible
• Start Date: Oct 5th or Oct 12th
• Openings: 4 (Need 2 with mechanical/electrical construction background & 2 project management/process oriented)

Day to Day:

Construction Management - provides support and onsite owner’s representation during construction activities for Microsoft Data Center Delivery projects to ensure scope aligns with Microsoft specifications, schedule, safety expectations, quality standards, and change control processes

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Mission Critical construction
• Strong Project Management Experience
• ProCore, MS Office, Bluebeam
• Construction Management experience managing large scale capital projects.
• Data Center Construction Management experience working for a general contractor or hyperscale provider.
• MEP Experience

Preferred:

• Hyperscale Data Center Construction
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Previous MS Experience

• Compensation: $70/hr to $90/hr.
• Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
