MVA International Headhunters is supporting a rapidly expanding international data center developer as it builds out its U.S. construction leadership team.We are looking for experienced data center construction professionals for major hyperscale and AI data center developments across the United States.

• 📍Key project locations: Ohio, Kansas, Texas
• ✈️ Relocation support available

We are interested in candidates from Project Manager through to Senior Vice President level, with appointments aligned to experience, project scale and leadership responsibility.We want to speak with people who have:

• • Strong hyperscale / mission-critical data center construction experience
• • Delivered major projects from construction through commissioning and Ready for Service
• • Managed GCs, EPCs, consultants, OEMs and specialist contractors
• • Strong understanding of MEP, power, substations, cooling and commissioning
• • Managed programme, cost, quality, risk, change and contractor performance• Experience
• leading multidisciplinary construction teams

For senior leadership positions – experience overseeing multiple projects, campuses or portfolios Experience working with major hyperscale clients such as Microsoft, Google, Meta, AWS or similar would be highly relevant.
