About the Opportunity:

The BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE LEAD, PERFORMANCE MARKETING is responsible for owning the reporting infrastructure that supports decision-making across key verticals such as Credit Cards, Banking, and Marketplaces. This role partners closely with various business teams to identify trends, analyze marketing performance, and deliver actionable insights that directly influence business outcomes. The position demands proactive engagement and continuous improvement in data reporting and analysis to enable confident, data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders to evaluate current reporting usage and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a roadmap to standardize reporting across assigned verticals.
  • Translate business context into accurate and meaningful data analyses.
  • Design, build, and maintain complex data models and dashboards.
  • Deliver retrospective analyses on experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Establish trusted working relationships with business units to facilitate data literacy and self-service analytics.
  • Serve as the technical lead for end-to-end reporting, from data ingestion to dashboard delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years in business intelligence or analytics with direct exposure to performance or affiliate marketing.
  • Expert proficiency in SQL and ability to manage unstructured, complex data.
  • Experience in advanced LookML development or equivalent skills in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Proven ability to build standardized reporting frameworks and drive adoption.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to business levers.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and drive to evolve from technical executor to analytical partner.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

Base salary: $120,000 to $150,000 per year, paid semi-monthly.
