• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, another technical discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.

• Key Profile the Manager Wants
• The strongest candidate will be a Senior Java/J2EE Application Architect / Solutions Architect who is still technically hands-on and has experience with:
• Java/J2EE + Spring Boot + REST APIs + Angular/React + Oracle/Teradata + OpenShift/Kubernetes + Architecture
• Banking, regulatory reporting, and especially CCAR/DFAST experience would significantly strengthen the profile.
• For sourcing, I’d target Java Application Architect / J2EE Architect / Solutions Architect rather than Data Architect, because the actual technical requirements are heavily Java application-architecture focused.
