Designing scalable, reliable data integration pipelines between core banking systems, the data lake, and downstream applications
Defining security standards including RBAC, encryption, masking, and auditing
Translating business strategy into a forward-looking data architecture roadmap
Continuously evaluating and improving the bank’s data ecosystem for performance, cost, and innovation
- 🏗️ What You Bring to the Table
- We’re looking for someone who has already spent serious time in the data trenches:
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering (Master’s preferred)

CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code principles
Comfortable navigating complex systems where precision, scale, and regulation all collide
🧩 The Mindset We’re After
You think in systems, not just schemas
You can translate business goals into data architecture decisions
You enjoy untangling messy data ecosystems and replacing them with clean, scalable designs
You’re equally comfortable talking to engineers, analysts, auditors, and executives
You don’t just build data platforms you design data trust
🏢 Work Environment
Professional office setting with a moderate noise level
Collaborative, cross-functional teams
Reliable attendance and steady execution matter heredata ecosystems don’t build themselves
- 🎯 Why This Role Matters
