• About the Role
• We are seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to analyze business data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Key Responsibilities
• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze datasets.
• Use SQL and Excel to extract and analyze data.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities from business data.
• Perform data-quality checks and investigate discrepancies.
• Track KPIs and prepare analytical reports.
• Support business and operational analytics projects.
• Collaborate with business, data, and technical teams.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Excel.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.
• Understanding of databases and data-analysis concepts.
• Python or R knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
