About the Opportunity:

The DATA ANALYST role is central to enhancing the organization’s behavioral health platform through data-driven insights. This position supports product development and operational strategies by analyzing complex data sets, collaborating across teams, and communicating findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role is impactful in shaping decision-making processes and improving user and provider engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine data visualizations and dashboards to communicate outcomes and engagement trends.
  • Automate quality reports and network performance monitoring.
  • Analyze user pathways, business results, and provider network dynamics.
  • Perform quantitative analyses using SQL and Python.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support product and network operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Present recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Design and maintain scalable data models and support data ingestion processes.
  • Analyze platform performance metrics such as model accuracy and user adherence.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in an analytical role; healthcare data experience a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and spreadsheet software.
  • Strong skills in statistics and data manipulation.
  • Advanced expertise in data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau.
  • Experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel.
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools is advantageous.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

Base salary range is $110,000 to $130,000, determined by experience, skills, education, and certifications.
