# Associate Data Analyst – Remote

## About the Role

Arkestro is seeking an Associate Data Analyst to join the Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) division within the Arkestro Intelligent Self-Service department. The role supports IVA continuous improvement initiatives and internal projects by analyzing natural language, user behavior, and priority analysis results using an evidence-based approach.

The Associate Data Analyst works collaboratively with analysts, project managers, engineering teams, and customer subject matter experts to connect business objectives with data-driven findings. The role involves using established and creative analytical techniques, Arkestro analysis tools, Microsoft Office, and Excel to develop insights and prepare recommendations for internal review before they are presented to customers.

## Key Responsibilities

• * Conduct quality analysis of IVA implementations.
• * Build data models and libraries and interpret analytical insights.
• * Support business decisions and customer-focused recommendations through data analysis.
• * Research and understand client domains and critical business needs.
• * Analyze IVA performance within the scope of assigned projects.
• * Analyze user behavior and needs to identify opportunities to improve the user experience.
• * Develop actionable recommendations for the design and improvement of IVA solutions and overall user experience.
• * Prepare presentation materials and communicate analytical findings for internal project-team review.
• * Work with analysts, project managers, engineering teams, and customer subject matter experts.
• * Present recommendations to clients in a compelling and professional manner.
• * Obtain client approval of recommendations to support continued IVA development and improvement.
• * Communicate work status to managers and project managers to support effective planning.
• * Manage multiple tasks according to priorities and established deadlines.

## Required Qualifications

• * Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Linguistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• * 0–2 years of experience in analysis.
• * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• * Ability to work effectively as part of a team with strong interpersonal skills.
• * Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• * Ability to communicate work status clearly to managers and project managers.
• * Ability to present recommendations professionally and effectively to clients.
• * Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
• * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel.
• * Successful completion of applicable background screening, which may include employment verification, criminal search, OFAC, Social Security verification, credit screening, and drug screening, in accordance with applicable federal and local regulations.

• * Basic understanding of Python, R Studio, or other data analysis applications.
