Data Analyst III

• Job Title: Data/Engineering Analyst III
• Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)
• Duration: 12+ Month Contract

Local to Houston, TX only

• Department: Group in charge of making sure asset data is in Maximo, need up to date information on maintenance side of business
• This team creates and maintains all asset data so that maintenance can be performed
• recent changes working with engineering department in asset management group in getting some accountability on the data and showing reporting.

Duties:

• Data Analyst
• reviewing engineering drawings
• need someone creating Power BI reports, strong in analyzing data (not only loading it but do gap analysis when regulatory requirements on the data sets are missing)
• looking for someone who can move quickly in this role and then also automate and make more efficient (SQL, python skills desirable)
• coming up with ways to report and make the existing SQL queries and loading automations making it more efficient
• the more data they can load at a quicker pace is the ultimate goal

Skills:

• Data Analysts
• 3-5 years Maximo experience is a must have
• SQL and Python (at least 1 needed, both preferred)
• Oil/Gas industry or Construction industry experience desirable as they will be reviewing engineering drawings
