## About the Role

Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced analytics professional to join its Business Intelligence team supporting Supply Chain Systems across medical manufacturing, replenishment, transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations. This role partners closely with internal customers to align data and technology solutions with supply chain needs and optimize warehouse and transportation performance.

You will apply business process knowledge, data analytics, visualization, and emerging technologies to develop timely, accurate, relevant, and actionable insights. The role works across IT, Finance, Operations, Logistics, and Cardinal Health management and will also lead AI/ML initiatives across the Global Logistics organization.

## Key Responsibilities

  • * Analyze large datasets related to transportation, warehousing, and other supply chain operations to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
  • * Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools.
  • * Present complex information clearly and concisely through data visualization and reporting.
  • * Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for operations, logistics, and executive leadership.
  • * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, define KPIs, and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • * Apply advanced analytical techniques and tools to model supply chain scenarios and forecast performance.
  • * Ensure data accuracy and integrity across analytics and reporting.
  • * Lead Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) projects across the Global Logistics team, including opportunity analysis, implementation, and product ownership.
  • * Support business innovation by applying emerging technologies to develop differentiating supply chain capabilities.

## Required Qualifications

### Experience

  • * **8+ years of analytics experience** with a strong focus on supply chain operations.
  • * Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and common operational challenges.
  • * Strong understanding of analytics, data-driven decision-making, and business intelligence.
  • * Experience working with Big Data systems, Data Lakes, and analytics environments.
  • * Experience managing Build and Run teams within data and analytics environments.
  • * Experience working in an Agile environment.

### Skills & Competencies

  • * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • * Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • * Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • * Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • * Experience applying AI/ML modeling tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies.

## Preferred Qualifications

  • * Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • * Advanced degree.
  • * Preferred certifications such as:
  • * APICS Supply Chain
  • * Lean Six Sigma
  • * Agile
  • * Project Management
  • * Expertise in transportation and warehousing.
  • * Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • * Experience with data visualization tools such as:
  • * Tableau
  • * Power BI
  • * Looker
  • * Experience with **Google Cloud Platform (GCP) BigQuery**.
  • * Experience with **Alteryx ETL** tools.
  • * Experience using AI/ML modeling technologies and tools.
  • * Experience supporting supply chain analytics, logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations.
