  • Stakeholder delivery: Distribute reports on defined cadences in the right format for each stakeholder
  • Data Validation & Integrity
  • Validate and reconcile data across sources, identify and resolve discrepancies, enforce data consistency, and ensure downstream reporting and campaign lists are built on trusted data.
  • Data reconciliation: Reconcile advisor, account, and activity data between Salesforce and external datasets
  • Data inspection: Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies or gaps
  • Data stewardship: Apply standardized rules for data cleanliness, deduplication, and field integrity
  • Data governance: Escalate systemic data issues and track recurring patterns that impact reporting quality
  • Data Preparation & List Generation
  • Transform raw data into usable, structured outputs including campaign lists, segmentation files, and clean datasets focused on making data actionable for execution.
  • Campaign support: Build campaign-ready lists based on defined segmentation and targeting criteria
  • Data transformation: Transform raw datasets into structured, usable formats for sales and marketing teams
  • Targeted lists: Apply filters, logic, and enrichment rules to ensure lists are accurate and actionable
  • List validation: Validate outputs against business requirements before distribution (counts, coverage, exclusions)
  • Adhoc Reporting & Analysis
  • Provide fast-turn support for one-off requests, delivering targeted analysis, data pulls, and custom reporting to answer specific business questions.
  • Adhoc reports: Fulfill one-off data requests and custom reporting needs from sales and leadership
  • Adhoc analysis: Conduct targeted analysis to answer specific business questions (performance, pipeline, flows)
  • Synthesize sources: Pull, combine, and structure data from multiple sources to support decision-making
  • Analysis delivery: Deliver outputs quickly with clear framing, ensuring accuracy without over-engineering
  • What You’ll Need to Bring
  • 2 to 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, data analysis, or a comparable analytical role
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (reports, dashboards, data structure)
  • Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, data cleanup, structured outputs)
  • Demonstrated ability to reconcile and validate data across multiple sources
  • Strong attention to detail and a track record of delivering accurate work on tight timelines
  • Clear written and verbal communication; able to frame analysis for non-technical stakeholders

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with BI / visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • SQL proficiency for querying and combining data across systems
  • Familiarity with the financial services / wealth management / advisor ecosystem
