# HR Data Analyst – Remote

## About the Role

We are seeking an HR Data Analyst to help advance a data-driven culture by transforming business data into actionable insights. This role goes beyond traditional reporting to support predictive and preventative analytics at scale once foundational reporting capabilities are established.

The HR Data Analyst will work across business functions, platforms, and operations to deliver analytics that support decision-making and strengthen data-first practices. This is an analytics and data storytelling role, not a data engineering or ETL position. The role is fully remote.

## Key Responsibilities

• * Deliver actionable insights through compelling Power BI data visualizations to key business functions.
• * Develop cohesive business architecture stories across multiple functions using design thinking.
• * Demonstrate analytical possibilities through rapid prototyping and data storytelling.
• * Build analytical models and design experiments to investigate business questions and uncover insights.
• * Analyze complex unstructured, semi-structured, and structured datasets.
• * Translate complex data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
• * Participate in defining data strategy and its execution path.
• * Collaborate with product partners to help build and evolve the organization's digital data fabric.
• * Work within a data factory model to support business functions.
• * Collaborate with vendors to scale and maintain the analytics environment.
• * Support data-driven decision-making across business functions and operations.

## Required Qualifications

• * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• * Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• * Extensive experience with data visualization.
• * Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau, with Power BI preferred.
• * Ability to work effectively within a complex, cross-functional, and fast-paced organization.
• * Excellent communication skills.
• * Ability to present ideas, insights, and analytical findings to business stakeholders.
• * CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry knowledge is required.

• * Focus or specialization in data visualization.
• * Advanced experience with Power BI.
• * Experience with predictive or preventative analytics.
• * Experience with analytical prototyping and data storytelling.
• * Experience working with diverse structured, semi-structured, and unstructured datasets.
