Data Analyst

We are working with a leading government contractor providing advanced technical and analytical support to critical government programs. The Role

• Serve as the primary contractor technical authority for all data analysis activities, interfacing directly with government stakeholders.
• Deliver actionable insights, develop analytical frameworks, and advise on data strategy, methodology, and best practices.
• Identify, acquire, and integrate data from multiple government and contractor sources, ensuring data quality and compliance.
• Design and execute complex quantitative and qualitative analyses, applying advanced statistical methods and predictive modeling.
• Develop clear, compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and reports for technical and non-technical government audiences.
• Drive process improvement and innovation in data collection, processing, and analysis workflows to enhance program capabilities.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field; Master's preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in data analysis or data science, with at least 3-5 years in a government contractor support role.
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in advanced statistical methods, predictive modeling, and machine learning.
• Proficiency in industry-leading visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and strong communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex data findings into clear, meaningful information for government customers.
• Minimum Secret security clearance is required.
