Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Data analysis, dashboarding, data visualization, data reconciliation, workflow automation, process optimization, automated reporting; good presentation skills written and Verbal communication Data Quality Validation, reconciliation, accuracy, discrepancy analysis Automation Workflow automation, Power Automate, automated reporting Nice to Have Jira, RPA, Power Platform, Required - past work showcasing dashboards & visualizations Updated Responsibilities: Workflow Automation: Design and implement automated workflows to streamline data collection, processing, reporting, and distribution using tools such as Power Automate, Python, or other automation platforms. Process Optimization: Map existing manual processes, identify bottlenecks, and build endto-end automated solutions to reduce turnaround time and human error. Automated Reporting: Set up scheduled, self-refreshing dashboards and automated report delivery to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

Must Have Qualifications: Must have 2-4 years of experience automating manual

processes in Excel, building Power BI dashboards (including integration with Excel and

SharePoint), and performing accurate data analysis with strong attention to detail.

Proven ability to compare datasets, identify trends, and effectively present insights to

executive leadership; experience with Jira and infographics is a plus.
