Role Description The Data Analyst role at Try 2 Learn is a part-time remote position focused on turning platform and user data into meaningful insights. On a day-to-day basis, the Data Analyst will collect, clean, and organize data related to course usage, coupon performance, and user behavior. The role includes analyzing datasets to identify trends, building reports and dashboards to support decision-making, and contributing to data-driven recommendations for marketing and product improvements. The Data Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional team members to clarify data requirements, present findings in an accessible way, and help optimize the overall learner experience and platform efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and practical experience in Data Analytics for interpreting and visualizing complex datasets.
Knowledge of Statistics to perform basic statistical analyses, validate findings, and support data-driven decisions.
Experience with Data Modeling to structure data effectively and support reporting, dashboards, and forecasting.
Clear and professional Communication skills to present insights, collaborate with team members, and document methodologies.
Proficiency with data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau) and familiarity with e-learning or online platforms is an advantage.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage part-time hours effectively, and meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
