- We’re looking for a curious and detail-oriented Data Analyst to help turn data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, identifying trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights
- Support business teams with ad-hoc analysis and data requests
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and requirements
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports
- Document data sources, methodologies, and reporting processes
- ✅ Requirements
- Entry-Level / Junior / Associate (0–3+ years experience, internships included)
- Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles
- Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and/or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
- Fluent in English
- Based in the United States with legal authorization to work full-time
